Jacques L. Moye assists companies with transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and real estate transactions. His experience includes mergers and stock and asset deals and other joint venture and private equity arrangements. He assists clients with forming new entities and joint ventures, and negotiating and drafting the related operating agreements (LLC agreements), partnership agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and other formation and governing documents. Jacques also advises clients on business and operational agreements, including confidentiality agreements, supply agreements, employment agreements, and consulting agreements. Additionally, Jacques provides counsel on the purchase, sale, and development of real estate throughout the U.S. His real estate experience includes the healthcare, hospitality, government, retail, residential, and commercial office industries. Jacques’ clients range from small private companies and individuals to large publicly traded companies. Having practiced as a certified public accountant for a Big 4 accounting firm prior to practicing law, Jacques brings accounting and business insight to each transaction.
