Edward Johnston provides corporate and commercial law services to Irish companies and businesses. Edward also represents a large portfolio of clients in the Irish pharmacy and healthcare industry acting for a large number of retail pharmacy and nursing home groups, owners, and managers alike. He also has years of experience in advising companies and appointed examiners in High Court company examinership and advising company directors on Irish corporate insolvency matters generally.
