Binford (“Bin”) Minter practices franchise, distribution and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, municipal law, and general business law, particularly for emerging, growth-focused companies. He also provides litigation and dispute resolution services and represents clients interacting with state and local governments. Bin enjoys representing start-up and growing franchise systems, particularly business clients seeking non-franchised licensing and distribution arrangements, and early-stage businesses seeking to raise capital. His practice includes counseling clients on the best way to format their business—franchise, license, distribution, or other.
