Andrew Hickey Bio

Andrew Hickey helps clients to maximize the return on their lending activities across a range of industries and products. He is highly experienced in private placements of mezzanine and second lien debt and equity co-investments in leveraged buy-out transactions. He also represents issuers in tender offers and equity financings. Andy is a member of Choate’s Executive Committee.
