Jonathan Brownson is a partner in Cahill’s London Banking and Capital Markets group. He has extensive experience advising lenders on a range of domestic and cross border leveraged financings, as well as having restructuring and investment grade financing expertise. Jonathan is recognized by Chambers UK, named to the Hall of Fame by The Legal 500 UK, recognized as Highly Regarded by IFLR1000, and named in The Lawyer Hot 100 list for 2022. According to clients, “He has a wealth of experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on domestic and international mandates” (Chambers UK 2022).
