Sims Rhyne III Bio

Sims Rhyne is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Tax practice group and leads the firm’s Private Equity team. He also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate formations and reorganizations, corporate governance, contract law, and financing transactions (including angel investments, private placements, and venture capital investments). Sims has represented clients in various industries including construction, construction materials, healthcare, information technology, investment management, manufacturing, retail, professional service, and real estate development.
