Edward Brown Bio

Ed Brown practices in the firm's Atlanta office, representing clients in a wide variety of industries, with a focus on beverage wholesalers. Ed currently serves as chair of the firm’s Food, Beverage and Hospitality sector, and has previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee and as the Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Tax Practice Group. Ed brings over 40 years of experience in representing both private and public companies throughout the southeast. He often serves as an outside general counsel for many of these businesses, providing guidance for their businesses and often guidance to the owners and their families. In addition, Ed has spoken on a variety of beverage distribution issues and appeared as a guest analyst on CNBC.
