Robin is an experienced corporate attorney advising clients across the spectrum of formation, governance, joint ventures, asset and stock acquisition and disposition transactions, and commercial contracts. In addition, Robin’s commercial contract expertise focuses on the life sciences area (particularly pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biologics), which includes advising clients on clinical trial, licensing, supply, manufacturing, distribution and quality control agreements.
