Tun Zaw Mra has over twelve years’ experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions in the UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. He has advised on investments, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures in developed as well as emerging markets. Tun has particular experience in the real estate, energy and infrastructure, insurance, financial services, technology and hospitality sectors. Tun regularly advises multinational companies on all corporate aspects of their investment in emerging jurisdictions (including structuring, investment commission approvals, commercial contracts, anti-bribery and corruption, developing and maintaining workforces and employment including post restructuring labour issues). He also advises multi-national employers on all aspects of the employment relationship.
