Randy Miller is a member of the Firm’s Global Board, which is responsible for overseeing the direction and management of the Firm. He is also Co-Chair of the Firm’s international Food & Agribusiness Sector. Randy is a Partner in the Firm’s Denver office. Previously, Randy was one of six members of the firmwide Management Committee and served or several years as the Office Managing Partner of the Firm’s Denver office. Before that, Randy was the Managing Partner of Holme Roberts & Owen (one of the oldest and largest firms based in Colorado) until its combination with Bryan Cave on January 1, 2012. Randy has an active legal practice. Using his real-life business and management experience, Randy regularly assists clients with the intersection of business and law. Randy also regularly handles disputes focused on business transactions and transitions for clients focused on buying and selling. Randy helps with nearly all types of business disputes, but he often sees disputes in several particular areas, including (a) M&A litigation, with an emphasis on earn-outs, indemnification, and dispute resolution; (b) trade secret and restrictive covenant contracts (like non-compete and non-solicitation); and (c) investment management and real estate investment management issues, including separations, employee transitions, and investment disputes.
