Adam Stern is a trial lawyer who has broad experience in high-stakes litigation matters, with a focus on M&A, trade secrets, class action, securities, and commercial disputes. Adam has represented companies and individuals in a wide range of industries, spanning from technology and oil and gas to private equity and financial services. Adam has a track record of helping clients successfully navigate difficult business disputes both inside and outside the courtroom. Prior to joining BCLP in 2017, Adam worked at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis in New York City.
