Lindsay Cross focuses her practice on securities law compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has experience representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including public offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities, joint ventures, and equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Lindsay also regularly counsels SEC-reporting companies with respect to securities law matters and related corporate governance issues, including the review and preparation of periodic reports and proxy materials. Her clients have included public and privately-held companies in a broad range of industries with concentrations in healthcare, REIT, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. Lindsay currently serves as the co-hiring partner for BCLP’s Atlanta office. Lindsay also has extensive in-house experience, previously serving as Corporate Counsel at a NASDAQ-traded public company headquartered in Luxembourg and as General Counsel at a private software company, where she advised senior management and the board on various legal issues and drove strategy on contractual, corporate governance, human resources and other matters. She also spent several years supporting information technology and secured networks at the NATO Special Operations Headquarters in Mons, Belgium.
