Jean-Patrice Labautière advises French and foreign companies, financial institutions and private equity clients on M&A and private equity transactions. He has significant experience in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures involving the coordination of legal teams from different jurisdictions. Jean-Patrice advises on all types of corporate transactions in a practical and business-oriented manner. Prior to joining BCLP, Jean-Patrice was a partner at the Paris office of a leading international U.S. law firm and previously a partner at the Paris office of a ‘Magic Circle’ firm. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
