Tracy Fisher is a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice Group. She provides complex domestic and cross-border tax structuring and transactional advice to a wide range of U.K. and international clients. Tracy’s experience includes advising on corporate M&A, public company and private equity transactions, group reorganisations and demergers, real estate and equity investments and international taxation and finance. A member of Brown Rudnick’s Family Office team, Tracy is also part of our cross-discipline initiative working for clients in this area.
