Tim Davison is a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group. He advises entrepreneurs, investors, private and public companies on a wide range of complex cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate venture capital, venture capital, and private equity. Tim’s practice areas include technology and telecommunications, media and entertainment, life sciences and healthcare. Tim also has significant experience drafting and advising on a variety of cross-border commercial matters for clients in the technology, life sciences and media sectors, including manufacturing agreements, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, joint development agreements, and supply of goods and services agreements.
