David Haber is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Emerging Growth Companies & Venture Capital group. Dave is a rare breed of lawyer—one with the skills, experience and judgment to advise global corporations, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity and passion to guide startups and investors from formation through exit. Dave works with companies at all stages. From seed capital raising to expansion stage financing transactions to multibillion-dollar public acquisitions, his experience allows him to advise companies and investors through the entire company lifecycle. He has worked with technology companies throughout his entire career, beginning in Silicon Valley during the late ’90s technology boom and now from the New York area. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Dave was a partner in WilmerHale’s Emerging Company and Venture Capital practice. He previously practiced in the Silicon Valley offices of Brobeck, Phlegher & Harrison and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
