Andreas Andromalos Bio

Andreas Andromalos practices in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Groups and in the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group. Since joining the firm, he has structured and documented a significant number of large syndicated financings, club financings, and other types of financings for a number of hedge funds and institutional lenders, including a variety of leveraged loans, delayed draw term loans, split collateral financings, bond financings, and debtor in possession financings across a wide array of industries. He has also represented a number of corporate clients, ranging from S&P 500 companies to start-up companies, with respect to a variety of financing transactions. Andreas is also chief corporate counsel for a number of fintech and food and beverage companies. Additionally, Andreas has routinely advised fund clients with respect to exchange offers, claims analysis related to bond and loan documents and a variety of restructuring related matters.
