Derek Speck practice focuses on matters related to corporate and securities, energy and oil and gas. He counsels clients in corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions. Derek also has experience in the upstream and midstream sectors. Prior to practicing law, Derek was an auditor with a major natural resources company.
