Elaine Scivetti is a business lawyer with over 20 years of transactional experience. She focuses her practice on commercial finance across various industries, with an emphasis on financing in the healthcare, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. She represents commercial banks and other lending institutions in a variety of complex commercial lending transactions including asset-based, cash-flow, and securitized financings. In addition, she represents borrowers in connection with acquisition loans and unsecured and secured general purpose / working capital borrowings, and recapitalizations.
