Mr. Fors works with the firm’s business transactions group. He advises clients on a variety of different business law matters. He represents acquirors and targets in structuring, negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions. He also assists early stage companies with formation, structure, strategic relationships, equity financings, convertible debt financings, and other financings.
