Jaclyn Ruch represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, restructurings, growth investments and other investments, including control and non-control investments and co-investments. Jaclyn has experience with domestic as well as crossborder transactions in a wide range of industries and sectors, with a particular emphasis on healthcare. She also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
