Laura Hult focuses her practice on private equity, mezzanine lending, senior lending, and institutional and syndicated transactions. Her practice also includes sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, ESOP financings, equipment financing, and other liquidity events. Laura represents investors, lenders, and administrative agents in structuring, negotiating and protecting their debt and equity investments. She represents middle-market companies and their stakeholders in a variety of critical growth transactions including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and other liquidity events. She also works with clients in workout or restructuring scenarios and negotiates with critical constituents to gain economic visibility and preserve investment value.
