George Aronoff focuses his practice on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and matters that relate to corporate boards of directors. He has extensive experience in Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement defense and in regulatory matters relating to the gaming industry. George served as a member of the advisory board of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Shareholder Rights Subcommittee. He serves as a Trustee on the Case Western Reserve University Board of Trustees and the Board’s Development Committee. He is a member of the Case Western Reserve’s Law School Society of Benchers. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of The Cleveland Orchestra (Musical Arts Association). George is a recipient of the 1994 Centennial Medal, the highest award granted by Case Western Reserve University Law School to a graduate. He finished first in Ohio in the 1958 Bar Exam.
