Erin Brien has more than 10 years of experience representing private companies of all sizes with startup and formation issues, employment matters, technology transactions, management agreements, leasing, and other complex commercial negotiations. Erin focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate acquisitions, sales and financings, employment matters, and general corporate matters.
