Price Wilson is a seasoned corporate attorney with more than 20 years of specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across diverse industries, including healthcare, industrials, and food & beverage. Within the healthcare sector, Price has substantial experience in representing managed care companies and advising on physician practice mergers and acquisitions. Notably, he played a key role in advising Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH) in its $750 million acquisition of NIA from Centene Corporate (NYSE: CNC). His experience extends beyond transactional matters, encompassing a deep understanding of general corporate and general counsel issues that impact businesses day-to-day operations. Price’s client portfolio spans public and private companies, private equity funds and/or their portfolio companies, family offices, and family/founder-owned businesses. In addition, he has a proven track record representing companies in cross-border M&A and other strategic transactions.
