John Fuller advises clients in complex corporate transactions, including representing private equity investors, portfolio companies, family offices and venture capital funds in joint ventures, LLCs, business formation and other strategic organizational and financing transactions. His clients range from established public and private companies to emerging start-ups across a range of industries including sports, utilities, healthcare, real estate, food service and technology. John has substantial experience representing private equity funds in platform investments and subsequent add-on transactions. He has provided strategic guidance to his clients on hundreds of mergers and acquisitions as well as numerous venture capital and other strategic financing transactions ranging in value from $5 million to over $1 billion. In addition to transactional work, John also regularly advises in general corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, securities law reporting, and regulatory compliance and public company disclosure.
