Felix Dowsley focuses his practice on structuring complex debt transactions. In over 30 years of practice, Felix has developed deep knowledge of the debt market and understands what is “market” for deal terms from both the lender and borrower perspective. In the last three years alone, he has negotiated over $5 billion in debt transactions for public companies, regional and national lenders, and large corporate and middle market borrowers. Felix’s practice spans many industries, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), healthcare, energy, hospitality, professional sports, government contracting, manufacturing, logistics, wholesale/retail and restaurants. Felix is known for his practical and goal-oriented approach to helping clients navigate an ever-changing and increasingly competitive business environment.
