Brad Hart works with private and public companies in the financial services, healthcare and technology industries on a broad range of transactional, corporate governance and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and day-to-day SEC reporting and disclosure compliance. Brad has advised on many multi-billion dollar merger & acquisition transactions and public and private securities offerings worth over $3.5 billion, and has been an integral part of multiple transactions that were recognized by M&A Advisor as “Deals of the Year” in various categories. In addition, Brad serves in leadership positions within the firm, including as the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group staffing partner, on the Working Parent Initiative Committee, and served on the committee that oversaw the firm’s move to Nashville Yards.
