Andrea Orr’s practice encompasses a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, securities offerings, securities law compliance, and general corporate governance. To date, Andrea has represented clients in corporate transactions valued at more than $21 billion. In her former role as the Vice President and Corporate Counsel at HealthSpring, Andrea advised senior management on strategic transactions and worked to ensure the company’s compliance with SEC and NYSE rules and regulations.
