Riley Roby advises clients, ranging from publicly traded companies and closely held businesses to non-profit entities and individuals, across a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, economic development, and tax and estate planning. Riley also routinely counsels clients on the navigation of Alabama regulatory agencies, including Alabama Public Service Commission, Alabama Department of Revenue, Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors.
