Ricky Cox currently serves as the Managing Partner of the Gulfport office and enjoys a diverse practice representing clients in a wide variety of utility and commercial matters, focusing primarily on energy regulation and rate proceedings; energy and utility litigation; and energy project development and transactions, including renewable energy project development and sales agreements. In addition, Ricky regularly represents clients in water and sewer utility regulation, transactions, and litigation; business entity selection, formation, and operation; corporate finance; contract negotiation and administration; mergers and acquisitions; corporate compliance activities; securities matters; and real estate transactions.
