Kelly Gwathney represents private and public companies, including investment funds and other institutional investors, in a full range of business transactions across industries, with a concentration in independent power generation and other infrastructure assets. Kelly’s work for regional, national and international clients is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, commercial transactions, joint venture structuring and co-investment governance and other general corporate representation.
