Ronald Stepanovic has particular experience in the acquisition and disposition of privately held companies. He also has significant experience representing real estate related companies, including representation of real estate funds and hospitality and retail REITs. Additionally, Ron provides ongoing day-to-day advice and counsel to the portfolio companies acquired by private equity clients, a role that requires him to serve informally as general counsel.
