Pete Van Euwen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities matters. He has more than 20 years of experience advising public and private companies in all aspects of acquisition, divestment, venture capital and other strategic investment transactions across a broad range of industries, notably in the healthcare, financial services and technology sectors. Deeply ingrained in clients’ dealings, Pete serves as general counsel to businesses without in-house attorneys, providing advice on supply, distribution and employment agreements, and other business law and corporate governance issues. Additionally, his financing experience includes advising clients on a variety of equity and debt financing transactions, including senior and subordinated credit facilities, syndicated facilities, and equity and debt offerings. He also assists public companies with securities law matters, including annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements and tender offers.
