Lori Bibb is a partner in the Atlanta office and a member of the Business Group. She concentrates her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, complex business transactions and securities offerings. Lori also advises clients on corporate governance matters, as well as periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and compliance with NYSE and Nasdaq listing requirements.
