Laura Haskins concentrates her transactional practice on the representation of public and private companies in general corporate matters. She has broad experience in a variety of transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures, equity financings and corporate governance matters. Laura also has experience advising clients on drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
