Adam Skilken is the national leader of BakerHostetler’s Private Equity team. He focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling and has represented both public and private companies across a wide range of industries. Adam has significant experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, handling acquisitions, dispositions, corporate finance, joint ventures and strategic investments. He has also represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and restructuring transactions. Adam is a former Business leader of BakerHostetler's Chicago office.
