Stephan Huis in het Veld is a partner within the Banking & Finance practice group in Amsterdam. He has gained extensive global experience (in London and New York) over the past 12 years in general corporate lending, leveraged finance and restructuring matters, often working on complex and multi-faceted matters. Stephan advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of complex cross-border transactions, with a focus on private equity, leveraged finance and restructuring-related deals. He regularly represents major Dutch and international banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions, private equity sponsors (including portfolio companies) and other corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border matters.
