Jennifer Broder Bio

Jennifer Broder is an M&A/private equity partner in Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office. Jennifer guides private and public companies and private equity sponsors on a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments. Jennifer was named one of the "Top Women in Dealmaking" by The Deal and a "Dealmaker of the Year" by The American Lawyer. She was also named an “MVP” in M&A by Law360, a "Rising Star" for M&A by The Deal and one of the Top Women Attorneys in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and an elected member of the American Law Institute. Jennifer previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
