Gudrun Juffer Bio

Gudrun Juffer is a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Chicago, where she represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other cross-border corporate governance and business law issues. Gudrun is co-chair of the Chicago Office Pro Bono Committee. Prior to transferring to Chicago, Gudrun was an intellectual property corporate associate in the New York office of Baker McKenzie. Gudrun is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review.
