Federico Cuadra Del Carmen is a Partner based in the Miami Office of Baker McKenzie and is a member of the Firm's Transactional Group. Federico serves as the Co-Hiring Partner for the New York and Miami Offices. He is also Co-Chair of the New York and Miami Diversity Committee and serves on the Firm's North America Talent Committee. Federico's dedication to his clients and his practice has garnered a variety of accolades, including being named as a "40 Under 40" honoree by Bloomberg Law and a "Next Generation Partner, Corporate and M&A" by Legal 500. Federico maintains an active presence in the communities he works in and is a proud contributor to the Firm's Homeless Youth Handbook, working hand-in-hand with client teams and NGO partners to draft chapters in the Florida and New York editions.
