Darcy Down Bio

Darcy Down is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office. She advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and complex multijurisdictional corporate reorganizations. Darcy also counsels US-based companies across a variety of industries on the management of their overseas operations. Darcy was recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star for providing outstanding client service and one of Mergers and Acquisitions' 2024 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A. Darcy is chair of the Firm's North America Transactional Group Talent Committee.
