Adnan Doha is a partner at Baker McKenzie’s Dubai office. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for an international law firm in Dubai, and prior to that a magic circle law firm in London for over a decade. Adnan has extensive experience in public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate finance matters. He represents corporate, private equity, sovereign wealth fund and financial institution clients on a range of key strategic transactions. His sector focus spans consumer goods and retail, energy and infrastructure, technology and e-commerce, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, hospitality and leisure.
