Alejandra Veronica Bugna focuses on Corporate Law, Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions. As a member of the Baker McKenzie Latin America Real Estate Steering Committee, she has worked to leverage cross border experience and practice. Alejandra has been now appointed as Chair of the Steering Committee and has a sit at the Global Real Estate Steering Committee.
