Airi Hammalov is a partner in the New York office of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Firm's Transactions practice. Prior to joining the Firm, Airi practiced at top international firms in London and Moscow. Airi practices primarily in the area of corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Airi mainly advises domestic and international companies, private equity firms and financial institutions on their most complex mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures across a wide range of industries.
