Elizabeth Bothwell is a partner in the Corporate and M&A Group and specialises in corporate law and has a broad corporate and commercial practice. Elizabeth advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, commercial contracts and general corporate/commercial law matters for Irish and international clients. She has particular experience and expertise in transactions in the insurance and financial services sectors, energy, technology and food sectors. Elizabeth Bothwell is a member of the Legal 500 “Hall of Fame”.
