Raphaele Cremona is an Associate in our banking & finance and real estate teams. Raphaële advises French and global banks, insurance companies, real estate funds and companies on real estate investments and financings. She also advises on the regulatory and stock market issues encountered by real estate vehicles and management companies and leads work for portfolio management companies and vehicles on real estate vehicle formation, fundraising transactions and regulatory issues. Prior to joining our team in 2009, Raphaële worked for several years at Jeantet.
