Marlene Benoist Jaeger is a partner in the Real Estate Department, mainly advising real estate companies and investment funds, developers and asset managers on the acquisition and sale of buildings in all assets (offices, retail, logistics, healthcare, serviced residences, schools), in particular for complex real estate transactions (VEFA-BEFA , sale & lease back), buikding contracts (development, delegated project management, etc.) and the sale and leaseback of buildings (office, retail, logistics, healthcare, serviced residences, schools, etc.) or relating to property management (leases, asset or property contracts). Before joining Archers in 2020, Marlène practiced for more than fifteen years at De Pardieu, prior to joining IC AVOCATS as a partner.
