Kamal Naffi Bio

Kamal Naffi is an Associate in our private equity, venture capital and Mergers & Acquisitions. Kamal’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He provides legal counsel on complex domestic or cross-border transactions to a wide range of clients, including privately-held companies, investment funds and start-ups. Prior to joining Archers, Kamal practiced at Orrick, McDermott and Lacourte Raquin Tatar.
