Jean-Maurice Gaillard Bio

Jean-Maurice Gaillard is a Partner in our banking & finance and real estate teams. Jean-Maurice focuses on investments, partnerships and financing in the real estate sector. He regularly represents French and German banks, insurance companies and foreign investors on their French and pan-European transactions. He advises on the legal and financial structuring of investments, including the acquisition of companies, buildings and partnership agreements. Before joining Archers, Jean-Maurice was a Partner at Jeantet. He is listed as a Leading Individual for Real Estate (Band One) in Chambers Europe and as a ‘first rate’ practitioner by Who’s Who Legal and Best Lawyers.
